SESSION DURATION AND TIMING:

1.) ALL SESSIONS: All sessions are 50 minutes long, but bookings are scheduled in one-hour intervals to account for a 5-minute arrival period before and a 5-minute departure period after your session.
2.) NEW CLIENTS: If you’re a new client, please complete the pre-booking form before scheduling your first session. Sessions cannot be booked without the completed form

3.) BOOKING HOURS: Sessions can only be booked during available time slots. Please book on the hour (e.g., 9:00 AM–10:00 AM) for scheduling consistency.

4.) CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

5.) PUNCTUALITY: Please arrive on time for your session. Late arrivals may result in a shorter session, as sessions cannot be extended beyond the scheduled time.

6.) NO-SHOWS: Clients who fail to attend a booked session without prior notice may result in losing priority for future bookings or have limited scheduling options at this time.

7.) HEALTH AND SAFETY:
Please ensure you are in good health before attending your session. If you have any injuries or medical conditions, consult your physician before booking.
I do understand that life happens, and plans can change. However, to ensure fairness and availability for all clients, the following cancellation policy applies:

CANCELLATION POLICY

CANCELLATIONS: must be made at least 24 HOURS before your scheduled class or session.

LATE CANCELLATIONS OR NO-SHOWS: may result in losing priority for future bookings or limited scheduling options.

RESCHEDULING: is allowed if done within the cancellation window and based on availability.
